These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the whole of the agreement covering your use of this website and anything you buy through it. They take effect the moment you use the site, place an order, or opt in to messages.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, make a purchase, or subscribe to our marketing communications. By using our website, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Supplement status and limits

Our products — Apex S and Apex N — are sold as non-prescription dietary supplements and nothing more. • Each order is a one-time purchase. Nothing auto-renews, and we do not keep your card on file.
• The price that applies is the one confirmed when your order is placed; a later change does not reopen a confirmed order.

8. Governing law

Florida law governs this agreement, conflict-of-law rules aside, and the courts of Florida are where any dispute is heard. This does not take away rights you hold under the law of your own state; where the two differ, whichever is better for you applies.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
